The Town of Lillington is soliciting formal bids for the repair and replacement of storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water infrastructure, as well as streetscape improvements consisting of sidewalk and asphalt paving near Harnett Street in Lillington, North Carolina. 

Pursuant to the General Statutes of North Carolina, Section 143‑129, separate sealed bids will be received by the Town of Lillington, North Carolina, located at 102 E. Front St., Lillington, North Carolina 27546, through Thursday, April 30, 2026, 2 p.m.  Immediately thereafter, all bids will be opened and read for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, supplies and supervision for the construction of the Harnett Street Stormwater Improvements Project.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 11 a.m in the Council Chambers at 102 E. Front St., Lillington, North Carolina 27546.
