Lillington Community Center
The community center contains the Parks and Recreation offices, Fitness Center, 2 Meeting/ Event rooms, a Kitchen, and the start of our beautiful botanical trail. Hours of operation and a list of room rental fees can be found here.
Other Lillington Facilities
Lillington Botanical Trail: 607 South 13th Street.
A beautiful mile long nostalgic walking trail that the community can utilize year round. The Botanical Trail also includes a walking trail that will lead walkers to McPhail Park. Click Here for more information, including a map of the trail.
Lillington Ball Park: 405 South 1st Street.
The Lillington Ball Park has 4 fields tat are multi-purpose use fields. Many of our youth athletics are played on this field. The Lillington ball park has access to men’s and women’s restrooms during hours of operation. There is a concession stand on site that is open during athletic events hosted by Lillington Parks & Recreation.
Field rentals: $100 deposit. Hourly Rate (2 hour minimum) is $20. Full Day is $200. Park rental (all fields) is $600 per day. Hourly rate for lights (per field) is $25. Field prep (per field) is $35.
Multi-Purpose Field: 311 East Duncan Street.
The Multi-Purpose Field is used to host various games and practices for Parks and Recreation facilities.
Bradley Field: 900 South 11th Street.
Bradley Field is located behind Star Academy and is used for all Parks and Recreation football games and practices as well as for junior league baseball and softball. Bradley field has access to men’s and women’s restrooms during hours of operation.
Star Academy Gymnasium: 900 South 11th Street.
Star Academy Gymnasium is used for Parks and Recreation basketball games and practices as well as pickleball. Star Academy Gymnasium has access to men’s and women’s restrooms during hours of operation.
Gym Rental Fees: $250 Deposit. Hourly rate (2 hour minimum) is $50.
River Park: 235 East Duncan Street.
The river park offers an ADA accessible playground, an amphitheater, plenty of nice grassy areas to run and play, a canoe launch to the Cape Fear River and a picnic shelter. The river park has access to men’s and women’s restrooms during hours of operation.
Shelter rental: $50 Deposit. Hourly Rate (2-4 hours) is $30. Hourly Rate (5 or more hours) is $60.
Amphitheater Rental: $50 Deposit. Hourly Rate (2-4 Hours) is $30. Hourly rate (5+ Hours) is $80.
McPhail Park: 406 West Front Street.
McPhail Park offers a zipline and a slide as well as plenty of spacious area for you to run and play. There is also a walking trail that will lead visitors to the beautiful Botanical Trail that connects to the Lillington Community Center. McPhail Park has access to men’s and women’s restrooms during hours of operation.
Senter Park: 200 East Front Street.
Lillington's newest park features a playground, swings, and large trees which provide a beautifully shaded space for you to enjoy.
