Trade permits cover your electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building trades. Some examples include solar panels, HVAC changeouts, and generators.
This permit includes the construction of single-family detached and attached dwellings, duplexes, townhomes, renovations, additions, attached/detached garages, storage buildings, pool houses, decks and screened porches.

No. We do not issue business licenses. However, if you are looking to open a new business in town, please complete a Zoning Permit Application.
For utility services, please complete the Utility Services Application and submit your deed/lease and a valid photo ID with your application.
