A special request form MUST be filled out for ALL special requests. Please do not place special requests on the registration form. Special requests may be placed in the "notes" section if registering online.

What equipment are parents responsible for?

Parents are responsible for cleats and grey pants or black shorts. The recreation department will provide 1 shirt (uniform) per player.

Teams

It is our goal to have enough participants register in each age group to be able to form a team. However, if there are any age groups that do not have enough players register to form a team OR we do not have another team to play we will host a fall skills and drills program for that age group.
